Cancellation conditions - Chalet Cristall & Josi

We allow our guests up to the following cancellation conditions for bookings at Chalet Cristall and Chalet Josi.

• Cancellation is free of charge up to 61 days before arrival.

• From 60 days before arrival a cancellation fee of 30% of the total price is due.

• From 30 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price will be charged.

• From 14 days before arrival a cancellation fee of 90% of the total price is due.

We strongly recommend that you take out travel cancellation and interruption insurance.
